I arrived at the dealership @10:30 for 11:00 appointment. I waited 20 min before a service advisor came out to talk to me. At 12:00 I asked for an update since I didn’t see me car in the service bay. At 12:30 my car was finally pulled in service bay for a simple oil change that only took the tech 20mins to do. I did not get out of the dealership till 1:15 after I had to remind the staff that I did not want me car washed or vacuumed. I barely made to my appointment in Mountian View This was the worst service I have ever experienced. If my appointment was at 11:00 then my car should have been in the service bay around 11:00 and not 1.5hrs later.
