My appointment was for 11:00. I arrived ten minutes early. I was kept waiting for 55 minutes. I had another appointment at noon across town. I was twenty minutes late ! When I went to pick up my car. I again waited 20 minutes. I have leased at least 6 Lexus cars and my car is up for renewal in May. But because of your incompetence I will never lease another Lexus again. Every member of my family owns a Lexus. But I’m going to suggest they don’t lease or purchase another Lexus. I am very disappointed in how Lexus IS running there service center. I wouldn’t recommend your service center to my worst enemy. If you can’t handle your customers in a timely matter maybe you should take less customers per day. And concentrate on what customer service really means!!
