My service was not satisfactory. What should have been a 2 hour job for a simple recall ended up taking 5 days to return my car to me (apparently from a glitch with the computer). I had asked that they check the air in the spare tire as well. When I received my car which was delivered to me. It was filthy dirty, had not been washed or vacuumed. In addition, I checked and the spare tire was low on air so that was not filled up. I called during this process and I experienced customer service hold times of over an hour. The communication about when my car was going to be delivered to me was lacking and the lady on the phone filling in for Randy was rude. When calling customer service they are not helpful because they are not located onsite and cannot get someone on the phone to assist you. Bottom line was a complete failure in the service experience from almost every angle.
