It looks very weird that I had to pay for 25K warranty service even though I am under extra platinum warranty(72 months or 70,000 miles). My service consultant was really nice and kind. However, I could never understand why I had to pay the regular checkup even under extra care warranty. I bought the optional service ($3,000) for extra platinum warranty. If it does not cover my regular 25K service, what is that useful? When I found out that it is not under my name, but under the first owner(Lisa Hamilton), the dealer( Jim Falks Lexus of Beverly Hills) must have made a mistake, which should be corrected immediately. The worst thing was that no salesmen at Beverly Hills Lexus dealer(Curlina, Joey and John Kim) did not give me any feedback. Instead, they hung up my repeated calls twice.
