Excellent service

This is the third time I’ve had a frustrating experience here, but I guess customer service is not highly valued. The guys who receive customers when they first drive in are either lazy or incredibly rude and patronizing (e.g. Mike). I was blown off by Mike and waited 30 minutes before I was seen by an advisor. Melissa **** tried to compensate the TWO HOURS I had to wait to get my car last time (after she notified me that it was done) with a free car detailing. When she confirmed my info, she had a completely different customer pulled up despite saying my name at the beginning of our conversation. I had a feeling she did not note the free detailing (which, by the way, I did not even ask for - she offers). Sure enough, that was not noted in my file this time. Randy Solomon tried to make it right, but apparently detailing aren’t offered on weekends. Which brings me to another frustration, I clearly told the girl who booked my appointment about this and she scheduled me without 1) checking to see if Melissa did her job properly and noted this in my file, and 2) she booked me for a Saturday without telling me that detailings cannot be done on weekends. The young girls who answer the phones and who sit at the desk where you get your rental car or or wait for a driver are equally rude - no eye contact, no desire to help anyone, completely unmotivated to work, and always chit chatting instead of paying attention to customers. The guys who work here also like to talk about customers a lot loud as if no one is listening. Even if you do not value me as a customer as proven, you should really learn how to treat and help people in general. Otherwise you should find a new job. I know you’re all privately owned, but I’ve reported this to the board and have a phone call with them later this week.

It took little too much time to do just oil change . I have to stay there almost three hours . Due to air compressor down couldn’t have car wash . Other than that everything was ok. Thanks for Randy’s good care .

Thank you for an excellent service appointment! Michael Nagy thoroughly informed me of what were going to be done on my car when I brought my car in. He addressed my concern of the noise my car makes when I turn, when he updated me of my car condition after the service was done. Michael was super helpful in finding husband’s sunglasses we left in the loaner car ???? It was a very nice experience
