I can’t say enough about how different I feel since my 1st service encounter with LEXUS Stevens Creek. Dru took over and helped resolved a problem they couldn’t find (loose roof rack rattling) and now after my 2nd maintenance service I am overwhelmed st his customer service. I am so glad I asked for him! He has the knack of making me feel comfortable and anticipating what I need before I even ask. He walks and talks LEXUS ‘family’ way with such style and great attitude.
