Michael has been really good and supportive during the service process but technician working on the car is a bit below standard I would expect from Lexus, who created new issues fixing an old one. I would expect a better and smoother process next time, which I have faith in.

The general service and front office handling was great.
After the car was parked outside it took more than 20min for someone to hand over the keys When I got the car a plastic wrap was on the passenger seat and the service tag was still on the dash.

Paymon came through and made sure that my driver's door lock was fixed and keyed correctly after an attempted break in. He kept me informed on a daily basis as to the status of the subcontracted repair. Once completed, he advised me promptly and the vehicle and paperwork was waiting when I returned.
