Very good overall experience, Mike came out to meet me & my car very soon after arriving, discussed service requirements. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes for the loaner car. The return process & pick up of my car was equally efficient. Excellent social distancing as well as disinfecting was demonstrated. Lexus again demonstrating an excellent example of customer service.

My appointment was at 12:40, I never received a call that it was ready to be picked up by 3:15 & the shop closes at 4:00. Since I didn't receive an update, I called & was told it wouldn't be ready & since you're closed in Sun, I had to wait until Monday to pick it up. That was completely inconvenient & should not have happened. Your staff should stay, even if it means overtime to finish all scheduled appointments or come in on Sunday to finish. This is not the level of customer service that I expect from Lexus.
