I was told when I set this up that it would be a 2 hour appointment. Because we travel from a Gilroy we try to be out of San Jose by 2pm to avoid traffic congestion. The service took 4.5 hours so we were on the road at 3. Needless to say it took 1 1/2 hours to make it back. This was the only conflict. Since you close at 4pm I don’t think we could do a later appointment so may need to alter my time. The other changes were fine since I have been a customer for over 13 years so I know some things had to change for our safety.
