I asked for a specific area to be cleaned during the detail. When I picked up the car, it was not done and I messaged Lexus Service right away. I was asked to send details of what was not cleaned, which I did. I never received a response. For a $300 service, I am extremely disappointed! Not the level of service I expect from Lexus at all.

Service was fine, just routine maintenance. I was called and told the car was ready, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't yet clean and that I had to wait 25 minutes for it to be cleaned. And then it came out cleaned on the outside but not vacuumed inside. I thought Marshall mentioned at drop off that it would be cleaned AND vacuumed.

My only comment is yes, James is the first name on the paperwork, but I, Mellea have been the only one dealing with the service department (including this service) from the time we bought the car in 2013. All texts to my phone and emails to my email address are directed to James. I have noted often that it is my car, it would have been nice to have my name on Any of the correspondence.
