Inspite of the issue related to Lexus and my need to go back to dealership is all due to the fact that the new car was missing the wheel lock, I was charged for the tire puncture repair as opposed to making it no charge for the inconvenience rendered to me in the first place. Not Satisfactory and best Resolution.

This was our 1st time in for service.
I was greeted right away when I arrived by the check in person. Deep showed up within 2 minutes. I explained to him that in addition to the 55K service that I need the brakes checked all around. He was very professional and helpful getting my information and advising me, once that was complete he provided me with a loaner car and I was on my way. That afternoon Deep contacted me and advised me on what needed to be done to repair the brakes and the cost in addition to when the work would be completed. The next day I received another call from Deep letting me know the repairs were complete and my car was ready for pickup.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and the professional care provided by Deep. I give a 5 star rating.
