Honestly, I hope you guys keep some of the changes you have in place when covid is no longer an issue. I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get in and out, both with dropping off my vehicle and also picking it up. I've been bringing my cars to your location for at least 4 years. Arriving at the service center was good and Ramsin was professional and pleasing to talk. I am hoping the car service and recalls were all done per guidelines. I checked if there will be car wash and cleaning inside and I was assured it is part of the service which I pay for. Unfortunately, I didn't get that service. Car was not cleaned or washed. This is after me confirming up front. My car was not muddy or messy, but still it needed a car wash, which I didn't receive.

My experience was ver unpleasant! I waited for more than 30 minutes for my pick up. I noticed that many customers who arrived after me got their cars. When I inquired about the situation, the representative who is driving cars to the front spoke to me with a very rude attitude. I not only missed my meeting, also was offended by the behavior exhibited by your employee! Please train your employee properly, especially regards to how to speak to customers with respect. When there might be delay in the process, please inform me and other customers a head of time. I was extremely disappointed in your service.
