Deep did a great job but there were was an issue at the end::
1) I got to pick up my car after an hour of receiving a call that it was ready. After paying and signing paperwork, I waited twenty minutes only to hear that my car isn’t washed yet. The person came to me and said that it’s in the line and will take another 20-30 mins.
2) I told him no I can’t wait. So he gave me a complimentary car wash.
I don’t think this should have happened. If I get there, the car should be ready to go like iit has been in all last times.
I don’t think it’s Deep’s fault - but not a good customer exp for me.
Other than that, I am really happy with the work.
