The service was perfect, but wanted to let you know the loaner car wasn’t clean which was concerning during Covid times. There were crumbs and garbage in the cup holders. I just really hope you guys are being abundantly careful during covid. Due to this the whole experience made me really uneasy.

My car was returned with the driver not wearing his mask correctly. Alejandro’s mask did not cover his nose. When he exited the car he corrected the fit. Recommend those violating correct mask wearing should be required to wear 2 masks. Quality cloth mask should be worn over surgical mask to ensure correct fit. Now reticent about returning with our Lexus rx350 this month.
