This service wasn't about Randy, but more so about the job quality of the exterior detail. When observing the vehicle I notice that the clay job on the car wasn't done all that well within a lot of bumpy areas. The buffing job on the vehicle did not take away any hairline scratches (spider web scratches). These were the most obvious and another thing is I can see swirl marks from the wax with left over wax all over the vehicle. This is why I am not fully satisfied with the service provided. I'd like to know what can be done since the car just looks just as much the same when it's getting a car wash besides most areas being a lot more smoother from a clay job, but still a poor buffing job that didn't remove any hair line scratches.

Was pretty amazed that car was not cleaned prior to pickup. Pretty big premium for Lexus Service and if so I suggest going the extra mile. If Lexus IS a premium luxury brand, the extras should be there.
