Randy is an amazing advisor. He always listens thoroughly and answers my slew of questions. I have NEVER felt rushed or like a file number. He treats you with the same top standard whether my service costs are minimal to significant, which I greatly appreciate. Randy always keeps me updated on the status of my car and takes the time, even during lunch time, to take my call and ensure I am in alignment. He is so personable, honest, and just able to communicate with people on all levels by making them feel heard, whether it be describing a crazy noise or asking about my daughter, and valued as part of the Lexus family, that I am part of the long lost loyal client base. He should be recognized for his excellence and commended. I do not know what I would do if he left the company. Please keep him happy because he makes his clients happy! Thank you Randy! Also, Anne from the valet department and Newman? from the front are also great and my daughter always smiles and waves at her whenever we drop off my car. She also has that same ‘Randy’ way with people and it is also another reason why I feel the experience with Lexus is a whole process of peace of mind. From dropping off my car with problems, to Randy shepherding me through, and picking it up fixed and all better so I can carry on and know my car is safe for my family. My car problems are never an inconvenience, but an amazing experience of feeling valued as a person and not judged on what year or car model I own. In these strange times of Covid and with a lot of things changing to ensure the safety of Randy and the clients, I still feel with the adjustments, the client facing quality has not changed. But I also know that has to do with Randy being Randy. Thank you!!
