I had a seamless check-up and repair experience, thanks to Hes Miranda. He’s knowledgeable and a good communicator. He made sure I understood the repairs that needed to be done and the cost of those repairs. His pleasant yet business-like demeanor made me confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I generally find the check-up and repair experience at Stevens Creek Lexus goes smoothly, and the staff to be helpful. But Hes is the best staff member I’ve worked with. Five stars.
