Sophia is FANTASTIC! I was very disappointed that Lexus would NOT remove a nail out of my tire for "legal reasons" Isn't my safety legal reason enough to remove it? I mean you are my maintenance service provider from the Dealership! Also, the car was not washed well at all. There was dirt on body and tires. Again, Sophia is outstanding and wonderful.
