Our maintenance at Lexus was done to our complete satisfaction. Sophia checked us in quickly. Noting a concern I had. Instructed me where to get my loaner and provided me with an approximate time of completion. Which by the way was spot on!
Once completed, Sophia contacted us that the work was completed and the repairs that were made.
