All was great. He’s kept me informed well. He always has our interests at heart.
I am disappointed that the sunroof weather strip only lasted 4 years AND that my service was 6 days past my 4 year warranty so I had to pay. In 4 years I never used the warranty for anything as far as I can remember. I did get a phone number from Hes to call to appeal the charges. I am hoping with the Covid conditions they will rule in my favor and reimburse me. Thank you.
