People and Services were amazing. They keep me updated on what is going on. Gave me a loaner to drive around when your car is in service regardless issue. I owned other cars brand and i have to say Lexus is the best so far. I put my car in for a key fob engine start. They are Covid19 safe, everything was done outside and quick. All I can say is that Lexus value their customers.
