Excellent service experience! Michael volunteered to be my Service Consultant as I was originally scheduled with Minh who was not available. Michael quickly reviewed my Lexus RX service history and clearly discussed the possible service options available to me. While this was a 12 month service, the RX only had 2700 miles on the odometer. He advised the 10k service and the details of this service. I declined the customer service loaner vehicle if the service could be completed in less than 2 hours. Michael was able to coordinate the service along with a car wash completion in a little over an hour. Thereby saving me time and the service center the use of the loaner vehicle. When the service was complete Michael met with me, reviewed the service document in detail and answered questions about future services. Excellent service experience!
