They did a great job under extreme conditions with this pandemic . So I was very satisfied with what they did even though I had to wait but I understand during these tough times.

Service that was provided was not clear enough in details as to what maintenance service was provided. The only description of service that was in detail was the airbag replacement , the maintenance was not clearly explained even when I spoke with the service advisor all he said was whatever service I got was noted on the inspection report it seemed as though he didn’t know what service was even performed in the vehicle. I had to google myself what kind of service it was because it was abbreviated. For someone that is not well versed it was frustrating on my end I believe it’s such a poor customer service for not taking the time to explain it further
