I waited for 3 his, I was sitting in the lobby waiting for someone to call me. Then after I went to approach someone in the front . Brandy said she was looking for me.. My wife called 3 times receptionist was rude at the service dept. Then she left s message for Brandy she never called back.. I am tired of this kind of service , I have been a loyal customer, buy your staff have to pay more attention to the clientele.

Appointment was made for fuel pump recall. I was not provided with that service. A reschedule or an email advising me of this service not being available or suggesting a solution. This recall is rather serious and has affected my car’s function. This service is needed ASAP. Please advise a better solution instead of turning customer away without a solution.

Mandi was amazing and technician but was lied about the financing option told me all I needed was an ID wasn’t able to use mine cause it was expired so they told me I can use my wife’s and a picture would work and that’s it but upon check out I was asked for her social and they did not disclosed that so I was stuck with a 1355 dollar bill
