I brought my car for service maintenance on May 19, 2020 later to find that the maintenance notification in the screen of my car was still appearing. I called the service advisor Biagio Galioto various times and left a voicemail. I did not hear back from him at all. Leaving a bad service review was honestly my last resort because I’ve always had good experiences before here at longo Toyota up until this point. I had to call off for work today and drive through traffic to be seen and get the help that I needed. As a customer I’m very unsatisfied with the fact that if someone is providing a service to you the least you can do is call them back for an update and to help with concerns. **I do not wish to be contacted by a representative since that is not needed now. I just ask that they are able to better help the next customer and avoid going through an experience like the one I had.**
