The lady told me that it will be done at around 5pm and they will call me when it’s done but nobody called so I called at around 6pm the customer service said that the service department closes at 5pm. She assumes that the vehicle is not yet done that’s why they didn’t call me. Would be nice to inform or call me that they cannot finished the job in that day. Here comes the next day a guy called and telling me that my car is ready for pickup, I need an explanation why they didn’t call me and the guy just said bluntly it’s done you can pick up the car now. I’m not satisfied with this service.
