I was very satisfied with Kayla, but I was not satisfied with the person who booked my appointment for me (sorry, I don’t remember the young man’s name). He told me that my car would be picked up in a flat bed and returned the same way (concierge service). This did not happen. A young man (valet) came and drove my car to the dealership. It all turned out well, but I would have rather had my car not driven by someone else.
