Always a pleasure to work with Jimmie! I appreciate how Jimmie price-matched my oil change with that of another local Toyota dealership, especially since finances are tighter for everyone during the pandemic. I also appreciate how Jimmie was able to coordinate my service appointment with Leonard/mechanic at my request. This effort definitely brings a personal touch to the overall experience — something one doesn’t expect to see at a large dealership. I also noticed the use of masks, sanitizer, social distancing, etc which is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the overall experience of the service department. We have noted that many of our regular service advisors,who also happened to be the most experienced, were laid off or furloughed. That action will hurt Longo in the long run. We also noticed Longo has done the same with its sales force. Many customers and not enough salespeople. Sad.
