My experience was horrible and gave me anxiety. Noli was informed that I verified with a Longo Toyota representative who called me yesterday stating that the appt. would only take 90 minutes at the most because the website stated that the service can be done within an hour. It was misleading in which he agreed with me, and it put the customer at risk for COVID exposure for being in a public place. The waiting area was dirty with crumbs and hair in the seats of other people who have been waiting a day before. It seemed that the waiting area was not disinfected for the waiting customers. I had to go to my car to get my own wipes to wipes down own my seat. I arrived at 6:55am, check in was completed at 7:15. I didn’t get to leave until 2.5 hours later at 9:30am. With the confirmation of the representative yesterday, I made a doctor’s appt. for 9:30am in Monterey Park, which was cancelled due to Longo Toyota’s misleading advertising and misleading confirmation of wait times. Noli stated that he would speak to the manager to see if the service could be done by 9am, but I’m not sure if he ever spoke to his manager because he never followed up with me. He kept on saying that it’s done, but it took 30 min. to pay and from leave there. I would have cancelled or rescheduled my doctor’s appt. if someone would have said that it was going to be a long wait and not agree with what I requested about leaving within 90 min. Please do not contact me to discuss the unsatisfied services.

Called at 1p for a shuttle to pick up my car, never came. Called at 3p, hey shuttle never came, was told wait time was 30-45min. Shuttle never came. Called at 430p, hey what's going on I'm taking a Lyft it off my own pocket to pick up my car. Get to the dealership, I get av Longo text saying an Uber will pick me up at my house. Um, too late, I'm already here. Concierge swears driver went to pick me up, then swears they never even got my calls at all. Show him my call log with multiple calls to Longo, each several minutes long. I asked for my out of pocket Lyft to paid. It was. My actual service technician Noli Evangelista was GREAT, GREAT, GREAT. Concierge, horrible.
