I spent over $55 k on a new Tundra. The antenna broke off within 9 months with the vehicle having about 800 total miles. The Service Advisor charged me an expensive service charge for a simple antenna replacement.
Your conceiere service made me wait over an hour to get a ride back to my office which was less than 5 / 10 minutes away. He said there was only one courtesy driver working. Really? ...your the biggest Toyota Dealer and you only have one courtesy driver available. Then, he gets me an Uber driver whose car obvious hasn’t been clean / sanitize, and smells like smoke.
Not a real good experience for a customer who has spent $55 k on a new truck, have bought multiple cars at your dealership, and whose own family has bought over a dozen plus car at your dealership!
