Jimmie and his team were friendly and attentive. They answered my questions and made sure I had a free rental for the two days that I needed to leave my car. Although, I had to call a couple of times to check on the status of my vehicle. I just wish that updates were given to me at a timely manner. I also wondered why I had to work with three different service managers when normally only one person will be in touch with me. Even if they are all in one team, maybe that is why there is a little lapse in communication. Overall, everybody was helpful though.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall that was issued. I got in early at 9:06am and was told by Albert Lopez that my vehicle would be ready at 12p or 1pm. I lived to far for a shuttle ride back home so decided to wait at the dealership until my vehicle was ready. When 12pm came I got no text stating my vehicle was ready. At 1pm I still got no text stating my vehicle was ready. From 1:04pm-1:19p I called Albert but no response. I went to check at the service building to see if anyone knew where my car was or Albert. I was told my paper was not found to go talk to an employee where they attend cars. I spoke to Kayla (which she was extremely helpful) that they finished my vehicle maintenance but could not find my process forms. After about 10min she decided to complete the forms so I can get my vehicle and leave. At 1:40p I saw Albert but he did not call back or say anything. At 1:43pm I got a text saying my vehicle was ready. Finally after signing a paper back at service center I was able to leave at 1:58p. I only wanted to know where was my car was and how much longer it would take. The fact that I had to talk to about 3 employees to find my vehicle and paperwork is very upsetting.
