The 2006 Avalon has reclining rear seats that recline separately. The reclining feature on both sides was not assembled properly and does not work at all. The passenger side is not even bolted in properly so that the seat belt is totally disabled making the vehicle unusable and unsafe for rear seat passengers. The reassembly of the upper rear seat backs is difficult. That’s why the vehicle was brought to you. If you can’t find the rear seat assembly instructions in your shop manual, check YouTube. My wife will be bringing the car back for proper repair.

Wrong part was brought from the warehouse which delayed repairs. Issue still persists and technician did not test drive vehicle after repairs in completion as issue persists during highway driving. Roy has pleasant and competent customer service skills, but is overshadowed by the errors and disappointing experience corresponding to repairs.
