I went to hv my battery checked out. There was a recall. They had to inspect it for possible repairs. It turned out that they didn’t hv the parts. I waited several hours. I was contacted around 11:30am and I was told that the battery was ok. I think that I should hv spent less time there since the battery was the only thing that was checked.

I waited over 4 hours for an oil change. I schedule an appointment for 2:15p. I even arrived early at 1:30p. My car was done till after 5pm. Before 5pm my Ethan said the tech was just adding new oil??? I did not get a text or call telling me there was a delay or the where abouts of my car. Than as my car is pulled up And I find someone else’s trash on my passenger side floor of receipts and a tampon. I even spoke to Paul about the situation. He didn’t even seem to care. All he mentioned was he would do is look/investigate the situation but what good is that going to do. He didn’t offer any suggestions. I am livid with this experience.

The recall experience took way too long. Although I was given an expected wait time the process to replace a passenger airbag for four hours is excessive. Once I was called to pick up my vehicle the paperwork wasn’t ready I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. After my paperwork was completed they couldn’t find the correct vehicle to pull up for me so I waited an additional 15 minutes. Related towards speed and updating me on the service experience it was relatively poor. However the interactions with every employee at longo is a positive one they all have a positive helpful attitude in my experience
