The waiting time for normal maintenance was ridiculous. I would rather pay for my maintenance elsewhere than wait the 3.5hours that I experienced. Emily was patient and however I was extremely disappointed by the person who booked my appointment and who gave me the wrong information about how long my appointment was going to be. He told me it would only take 1.5 hours max. He also informed me that a shuttle would be available to drop me off. However at the time I went the shuttle wait was well over 1.5 hours as well so there was no point.

Waiting room - Longo needs to make an effort to make sure sittings are only available 6 ft away from each other. Some customers hog one spot in the middle and no one can sit around them. You should block certain seats and designate certain seats. People are seating right behind me talking on the phone and ignoring social distancing. I felt extremely uncomfortable during my 2-hour stay.
