Per Longo the problem I repeatedly informed them about they said they couldn’t find or replicate. I get home and the noise is still there which I recorded as proof. No Longo person manager or line worker brought any customer service value to me as the customer. It’s ridiculous you buy a car from Longo then when you repeatedly bring the car back for the same noise which amazingly they can’t hear but I have recorded is ridiculous. I’m disgusted with Toyota Longo after being a long time Toyota owner.

I had made an appointment for 9:45 am. Upon check in, I was told my car would be ready by 2:00. I was upset that it would take that long. I make an appointment so my wait time is not extended for hours. This is not the first time I was told “we are busy because other customers did not make appointments.” I feel that customers that schedule an appointment should not be waiting for those that did not make an appointment. I think my service advisor could tell I was less than pleased and I did get my car in a reasonable amount of time.
