6 hours, 15 some minutes for a standard 40K mile service. Alex did not come find me once to update me on the progress of the service. In fact, I called him twice. The first time I called he told me it would take an additional 1-2 hours (told me this at 3pm) and was surprised that I was in the lobby waiting for my car when I never had the intention of using the shuttle service. He said he would call me back within 5-10 minutes with a status update from the repair person. He didn’t call back. I called him back at 5:20 and he said it will be another 20 mins. I had no choice but to wait. Finally at 6pm I went to his station and he said it will be another few minutes. No apology and he didn’t even give me an update on what was found. I finally spoke with a supervisor who spoke with him and gave me a $50 discount (still waiting on). I expect this service from Glendale, not Longo. I left with a piece of paper on was was done but not explained what was found or recommended. I hope this is a one time thing and never again.

I set appointment for 11:00am and came on time. I asked how long will it take for regular maintenance and was told that it will be done in 2 hours so i proceeded with the service my car needed. Unfortunately i got my car at about 1:50 pm making me late for work that afternoon, and also the car was not washed due to some reasons. Kayla on the other hand was very accommodating and pleasant.
