I called prior to my visit and I was told it would take an hour, so I did not have anyone pick me up. When I got there I was informed that it would take 2 1/2 hours, but to go to the concierge and I would be provided with a shuttle. The concierge informed me that the shuttle wait was 45 minutes. I was not informed that it was Uber. 50 minutes later the Uber driver arrived. Ten minutes after I was dropped if at my destination I received a call that my car was done. Do it actually took 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete. Then when I returned, after I saw the cashier, I waited 30 minutes to receive my car that wasn’t even washed, not that it was dirty. It was a day of inconveniences and wasted time. Furthermore, there were customers in your showroom not wearing masked, and not a single employee told them a thing.
