The service advisor was ok in the beginning. However I didn’t get an estimate for my time as well as he said another rep was going to contact me once my car was ready. I was in a rush due to a meeting I needed to attend. Usually there’s an estimate of time for my car on my contact sheet and estimate but there wasn’t this time. In addition after three hours of waiting, I went to the service desk to inquire about my vehicle and a possible eta. The service Desk rep said she called but they can’t give me an estimate nor if my car was ready. Hmm right when i was done talking to the rep, I had a message stating my car was done. I went back to desk and the rep asked me to sit down and wait because the paperwork wasn’t there. As I was taking my seat, the paperwork appears.
When I was done paying for my services, the rep had to tell me that to wait for my car and that it can take some time.. in a slightly condescending manner.
In the past the service advisors have kept me in the loop with the wait with messages and what not. I’ve been coming to get my service regularly at longo but after this experience I’m not sure if I want to anymore. I did not feel appreciated this time around.

I appreciate the concierge service. My appointment was for 10:00 am, but I received a phone call at7:15, getting me out of bed. I was further surprised when the Longo employee showed up at 8:05 to pick up the car. What does an appointment mean if one party decides to change the time by two hours without any notice?? Three hours later I got a text that my vehicle was starting to be serviced, so I wonder what the rush was to pick it up Two hours early when it wasn’t Worked on til an hour after the appointment time. So why even have an appointment Time if it means nothing to Longo? Don’t make a promise you aren’t able to keep. Tell your customer what he can actually expect from you.

Coming in at 2:00pm and leaving at 5:00pm was not acceptable for regular maintenance is unacceptable. Danny service was fine. But the wait time is ridiculous, 3 hours is not something I waiting for in the future. I waited because I’m not paying. If you want to keep me as a customer and pay dealership rates for normal service this had better change.
