My appointment was scheduled for 12PM on 6-15. I received a call at 7:30 AM to see if they could pick the car up at 11 AM instead. I said 11:30 would work and confirmed that we were set. At 11:02 AM I received a text message to let me know that the driver was on their way to my home which is 15-20 with traffic from Longo. At 11:45 i called Bruce to see if the driver was on their way since they hadn’t arrived. Bruce told me he’d contact the driver and then call me back. At 12, I called Bruce again to ask what was going on. He said he text messaged the driver and he hasn’t heard back from him. I’m unsure as to why anyone would text someone driving to get confirmation instead of calling so that it would be hands- free. I asked to reschedule the appointment as I had scheduled my entire work day around this pick up. Bruce said that someone would call me back later in the day to reschedule. When I hadn’t heard back from Longo, I called to ask to speak to Bruce’s manager only to be told that Bruce said he already spoke to me and had the front desk personnel set up an appointment. My experience has been completely disappointing. While I appreciate that longo is providing this pick up service, I think it’s also important to consider the customer’s time as well. Also, although my car was never picked up by LONGO I continued to receive text updates throughout the day so I’m not sure what that’s about.

2 minutes after driving off the service lot, my tire pressure light turned on and car started beeping. This light was not on prior to getting my car serviced. I immediately drove back but no one was there any more to fix the problem. Had to drive home with my tire pressure light on.

He wasn’t professional and courteous. I told him twice to have my car washed after the car was done and never happened. Emily called me after my car was done so I can pick it up. I also asked her If my car was washed. She said yes. When I went to the car delivery Office to notify them that I m here to pick up the car and I also asked if my car was wash. She said that is the procedure after the service. No one whom I encountered would take the time to check. I feel really disappointed. My car hasn’t reach 30,000 miles yet. I didn’t need the service. But the reason why I took my car in was because my car also needed a wash.

Joseph P Baez was Great! Very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed on the team or person working on my car! I went in for a recall and had to clear my center console. When I received my car there were many people waiting for their vehicles so I didn’t examine the car since I was blocking someone trying to get out. I got to work and 2 bolts in the center console were left UNSCREWED which is very unprofessional

Very efficient and kept me posted re: the timeframe for picking up my car.
