A really friendly, great, and responsible advisor.
She was in constant communication and kept me up to date on my options and service status.
Even though there was a mistake in the end and the circumstances of the situation really limited our options from both mine and
JJ's (another advisor I worked with) perspectives, she called the next business day to take responsibility for it and ensure that I was satisfied with my visit.
A completely understand that mistakes happen.
I definitely commend her for owning up to it and would gladly have her as my service advisor again.
