I understand that these unprecedented times makes giving me a ballpark estimate of how long an oil change should take, but 4 hours knowing that I’m waiting for my vehicle is outrageous. Either tell us the truth, or give us some kind of compensation for our time. I would prefer the truth being told to me when I’m scheduling so I can plan my day around my service, or take it somewhere else where I wouldn’t wait as long
