It is quite disappointing that unless I make a 7am appointment, the wait for my car would be about 4 hours even with an appointment (my initial appointment before rescheduling was at 1pm). I understand the circumstances but I believe this is an over-booking issue. Personally, for me, this is inconvenient because I do not live in the area therefore I have to wait for my car. However, though my appointment had to be very early I was satisfied with the wait time of one hour and service was excellent.
