Was pretty upset with Jeffrey who did not ask us to leave the car key behind. After we returned home for more 2 hours later Jeffrey called us n said he could not find the car key. So, we had to rush back to Longo which is 23 miles away from our home. When we got there we were told that the wait was 2 hours. We ended up having to wait for 3 hours. We spent the whole Friday waiting at the Longo Service Dept. This was not good customer service and was not acceptable at all.

Johan was great, he did his best to try to help me get the issues with the brakes on my car fixed. However, even though I was able to duplicate all my concerns with a brake technician forman named Ryan. It doesn’t make sense to me that we test drove my car on longo facilities and duplicated most of my concerns. Why keep my car and and put me into a rental. Only to tell me the next day Toyota says all the issues with the brakes are normal characteristics of the Camerys. Which to me is BS. Toyota is supposed to be the number one car manufacturer in the world and they make a car that it is normal for it to have low brake pedal pressure and the brakes to constantly squeal even after being replaced. The number one car inte the world made by the number one manufacturer in the world doesn’t make a car with constant brake squealing noises. I don’t think so. This is just normal BS by manufacturers to not fix there products properly. Never again will I buy a Toyota product nor will I recommend Toyota

Excellent. I was an emergency “walk-in”. I was assigned to Roy Wu who was very accommodating and wanted to make sure the work would be completed in the same day.
I realized I accidentally left my laptop at the cashier’s office at the valet’s bench—after I had already arrived at my house.
I called Longo service just before closing and Brian was able to locate my laptop and secure it for pickup on the following morning!
