The technician was kind and very friendly, is a good employee that just does what it can. Regarding the company Toyota lacks the proper systems to issue the right preliminary cost of a repair. Toyota should have a system that provides the technician with an average of what the cost might be based on the thousands of similar failures in the past. The actual cost was around ten times more than the estimate. Consider using Artificial Intelligence for this. It's just an estimate, I am sure Toyota can do it. We are in the USA, this is not Zimbabwe.
