Customer Service was very nice as always, Mr. Ayala was very friendly and helpful, I have only good words for Mr. Ayala.
I took my car for service on 10/31/2020 and I accepted all suggestions of the Toyota’s representatives, but, next day 11/01/2020 I try to put my tools on the back of my car and the door doesn’t open, it trying to open but something obstructing, I took my car to Longo Toyota again in the morning at 6:00 am but one guy in the gate told me Service doesn’t work on Sundays, I have to loose 1 work day to take my car again to check because I need the back door open, I guess one tool fall down during the service and is the one obstructing my door.
Sorry for the inconvenience of my comment but you have to know what happen.
