I am really disappointed that my car wasn't washed this time or the last service either. It would have been so nice not to have to worry about it during COVID.
Biagio was great...and I'm glad that the service was done as fast as it was in spite of the short staff now at Longo. I hope those laid off are OK. I think for as successful a dealership Longo has been that it's quite sad that you couldn't carry your employees longer...they've worked very hard for you. So many are gone. The place was quite empty - gloomy to me this time around.

Not Happy with the service..Not very front at me at all..didn’t give the opportunity to explain what happened..It was suppose to be done at 3pm and then told me that it will be done around 5pm. And here comes 6pm got a call explaining that it will be done the following day around 11am..But didn’t actually got done at 11am but 12pm and the Mechanic in charge of my Vehicle Mess up my Strobe Lights..Plus I have to Rent a car with my expense just for this matter..It was the worst experience ever..Not very Happy at all.

I was told by the ladies at the standalone building when I went to ask about the shuttle (to get a ride back home as I wait for my car to be serviced) that I'd get a call when the shuttle was about to depart. I never got a call and ended up needing to ask my sister to pick me up in the middle of her other errands.
When it came around the time Joseph had said the car would be ready, I did not receive a call from him. I instead waited for some time and then called, and only then was given an update.
