I stated from the start that I do not want to pay more than agreed during the initial paperwork. Yet I was called whether I wanted to have my engine flushed, my cabin filter changed, and one more thing which I cannot recall.
Nice part was that my car was done in one hour.
However, there was no next date/mileage sticker in my car and the old sticker was not removed.

I took my RV4 for Toyotacare maintenance on Tuesday, Nov. 30. Ben helped me to complete the paperwork. He explained to me due to Covid19, my car’s maintenance will extend 3 more months until March. He also told me how many oil change that I have until March. Since my car has only 10,000 miles. After 3 hours, Ben called me personally and let me know my car had finished maintenance.
