When I left Longo back in May after having the A/C worked on, the A/C was very loud, compared to how it was before. Eventually it quieted down but then there was very little air flow. When Jeffrey called me (I was waiting for the truck at Longo) to tell me what the issue was he said, “The cabin filter was damaged back in May and it was causing the A/C fan to be blocked.” He advised that I needed a new filter and it was suggested that I have the system refreshed. I agreed but thought that if it was damaged from the earlier work, why am I paying for it? Well, after waiting a few hours and having to drive to Longo for a second time, I paid the bill and left. I now see that the invoice says the problem was due to an “after market filter” and not related to the previous work. That’s not what I first was told. Having the filter replaced when the repair was done in May, would have been easier to take. The A/C is fixed and I’m hoping this one works for awhile.
