I was charged for routine service when I’m still under extended warranty, my service took 4 hours AND to top it off the tire that was supposedly fixed that was only slightly low was completely flat in 12 hours. Horrible service, I’m incredibly dissatisfied and will warn friends to avoid longo Toyota at all costs.
My car is completely unusable, and because the service center was closed I was left without use of my car. I was bounced around operators and departments for an hour until I got on the phone with a manager. No courtesy car was offered, no appointment to arrange a tow was coordinated. The only solution “offered” by a manager was for me to pay for an Uber and then to pay for a rental out of pocket and arrange to have someone come with me to follow my towed car to Longo so we could drive both my car and my rental back. I was assured this would be reimbursed but no details on how were provided.
you’ve wasted hours of my life, put me and my family at danger of catching Covid and ruined my weekend. And now I have to take time off work to get this fixed.
**** you. I’m going to rate 0 stars on Yelp and report this service center to the BBB.
