I felt that the time management that they were doing service on the car which was a factory recall that they just had to check for me being there over 3 hours and a half was unacceptable they told me from the beginning it was only going to be 1 hour I had things to do and I felt like people that were paying for other services had a priority in front of me

I also want to acknowledge the person who helped me when I went to pick my truck up. Unfortunately I do not recall her name, but she was the one who ran my card and took the payment. There was a discrepancy between what I was told the final price was and what I was being billed. She had genuine concern and tried contacting a few people to get the situation rectified, which wasn't at that moment, but did receive a call later in the evening notifying me the bill and my account had been corrected. It is because of that type of service going above and beyond and genuinely caring about the customer that keeps me coming back to Longo.

Extremely dissatisfied with the turnout of my visit to longo Toyota on 12/7/2020. first offf my vehicle was dropped off at 1:15 PM and I didn’t receive it back until 5 PM. I wanted for four hrs thinking all it going well via text message just for Roy to tell me nothing was fixed towards the end. It’s not that I’m upset with the duration but it’s the fact that I was charged for a service that wasn’t achieved. My vehicle is still in unsafe driving conditions. I cannot believe the audacity of how Max the manager said to me that the cost of labor I should’ve been charged for is the cost of two balances when I clearly I only remember only signing for one so and I was only asking for him to waive that one for me. I’ve never felt so helpless in an environment where I thought I could feel like family considering that I have been a long time customer of Toyota for many years, with that being said I expected more out of Toyota in my time of need. After today’s events I’m not sure where I stand with this company and the desire to continue my business with them in the future.
